    The external cause of the phenomenon of lock death


    1, there is no correct choice of the product. Before use, confirm whether the mechanical properties of the product meet the requirements (such as the tensile strength of the screw and the load of the nut). In addition, the length of the screws should be chosen properly, so as to expose the nuts one by 2 after tightening.

    2, dentin rough or foreign body sticky, if there are solder joints and other metal scraps between the teeth, often lead to locking.


    3, force too fast or lock speed too fast, choose torque wrench or socket wrench as far as possible, avoid using movable wrench or electric wrench. Because electric wrench often causes locking speed too fast, and the temperature rises rapidly and locks.


    4, the force direction angle is wrong. The nut must be screwed vertically on the axis of the screw. Do not tilt.
